Gilmore concentrates her practice in all areas of litigation, including civil, commercial and personal injury litigation. In addition, a good portion of her litigation practice also includes matrimonial and family law. Ms. Gilmore has vast experience in New York Supreme and Family Courts as well as with alternate dispute techniques such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Ms. Gilmore was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in 2001. She is a graduate of State University of New York, Geneseo (B.A., 1990) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 1995), where she was a member of the Syracuse University Law School Senate. Ms. Gilmore’s professional affiliations include the Onondaga County, New York State, and American Bar Associations. |
